We decided it was time to head north again so Pete has been given the tankard and will show us Pontefract and Wakefield in 2009!
2009 is officially hosted by the ailing Pontefract Morris Men, many thanks to them, lets hope 18-30 can give them a boost, and we all look forward to seeing them.

UPDATE!
This year we have departed from recent traddition and planned the event well in advance of the week before hand.
Accomodation wil againl be provide courtesy of the Scout Association, exact details to be confirmed, but we will be staying in Sandal to the south of Wakefield.
Saturdays entertainment will be provided by catching a bus to the city centre and singing of fox hunting songs. Dancing in the city centre may be followed by an optional pub crawl back to base.
On Sunday we will head to Pontefract, home of Liqourice, to dance with invited local sides.
More details of the weekend will be posted in due course.
The cost remains £20 unwaged, £25 waged.
